To help preserve the fit, appearance, and lifespan of your garment, please follow the care guidance below.

Always check the care label attached to your garment before washing or cleaning it. If the instructions on the care label differ from the general guidance below, the garment’s care label should take priority.

Washing

Unless the care label states otherwise, we recommend washing garments in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.

Avoid:

Hot water
Bleach and optical brighteners
Harsh or abrasive detergents
Overloading the washing machine
Washing light and dark colours together
Excessive soaking or repeated washing

Using unsuitable washing settings may cause shrinkage, fading, colour transfer, pilling, or damage to fabrics, prints, trims, and embellishments.

Some garments may require hand washing or professional dry cleaning. Always follow the instructions provided on the garment’s care label.

Drying and Ironing

Unless the care label specifically permits tumble drying, allow your garment to air-dry naturally.

To help protect your garment:

Reshape it gently while damp.
Dry it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Avoid wringing or twisting delicate fabrics.
Use a low or fabric-appropriate ironing temperature.
Iron garments inside out whenever possible.
Never iron directly over prints, embroidery, sequins, embellishments, or hardware.

Where a garment is labelled “dry clean only,” please use a professional cleaning service.

Proper Storage

When your garment is not being worn:

Fold knitwear and heavier items to help prevent stretching and shoulder distortion.
Hang structured garments and outerwear on appropriately shaped hangers.
Make sure the garment is clean and completely dry before storing it.
Avoid tightly folding or compressing garments for extended periods.
Store garments in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated location.

Temperature and Moisture

Keep garments away from extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Avoid storing garments in:

Extremely hot or cold conditions
Damp or humid environments
Poorly ventilated areas
Places where they may come into contact with water or moisture

If a garment becomes wet, allow it to dry completely before wearing or storing it.

Choosing the Correct Size

Wearing a garment that is excessively tight or loose may affect its appearance, comfort, and lifespan. It may also place unnecessary strain on seams, fastenings, and fabric.

Cleaning and General Care

Keep garments free from excessive dirt, dust, cosmetics, perfumes, oils, and other substances that may affect the fabric.

Treat stains promptly and carefully, as stains may become more difficult to remove over time. Before using any cleaning product, test it on a small, concealed area of the garment.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning products, and excessive soaking, as these may damage the fabric, colour, trims, or other components.

Product Images, Colours and Measurements

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching, trim, finish, and measurement may occur as part of the apparel manufacturing process. Measurements are approximate, and small variations may not constitute a product defect.
